More about Masala Chai
Masala chai is spiced tea, usually built on a black tea base with warming spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and black pepper. Choose masala chai when you want a bold cup with milk, a cosy spiced tea, or a strong base for a chai latte. Brew it stronger than a normal black tea if you plan to add milk, because the tea and spices need enough body to come through.
