1. General Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all items, excluding personalised or customised products, perishable items, gift cards/certificates, and subscription items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returns
Unwanted items can only be returned provided that all packaging remains unopened, any seals remain unbroken, and the items are in their original condition. You will also need the receipt /Order Number/ or proof of purchase.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, email us at sales@muave.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, the reasons for the return, and, if possible, provide pictures. Upon receipt of your email, we will communicate whether your return is accepted and provide return instructions, including a return label if applicable. If the return is accepted you will have 14 days to dispatch the items back to us.
4. Return Shipping

5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that the original delivery charge is not refundable and that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
6. Returns of Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We offer free returns on all items that are damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective. If you encounter such issues, notify us immediately at sales@muave.co.uk, providing details as outlined in section 3. Upon receipt of your email, we will guide you through the return process. Refunds or replacements for these items will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items.

We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date on top of the page.
