We aim to organise our deliveries in such a way that we can reduce the carbon footprint in the environment. Patience pays off for the planet. Delaying a delivery’s arrival means fewer lorries are on the road. Customers who wait up to five days for home delivery could help decrease carbon dioxide emissions by about 30% in the last mile of a delivery, according to research by Josue Velazquez, a research Scientist at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.
Shipping Policy
We’ll pack and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of you placing it. business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping to the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
- Arrival Time: Most of our deliveries arrive within the usual delivery times, but sometimes parcels get delayed and take longer than usual. If your order hasn’t arrived up to 14 days after placing it, please contact us at sales@muave.co.uk and we’ll do our best to assist you.

International Shipping Policy
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering international deliveries. However, if you would like to explore your options, please contact us at export@muave.co.uk.
Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@muave.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment. Order Process
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-5 business days of their arrival in stock.
Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at sales@muave.co.uk We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). The usual delivery time is between 1-5 business days after the order have been sent.
How will my order be shipped?
We usually send out our parcels via Evri or Royal Mail.
What are your shipping costs?
Free shipping for Edinburgh and orders over £25 and £3.99 for orders under £25 for UK. If you'd like your order to be shipped by your preferred method the shipping costs may differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there.
My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?
