You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless your order has already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, you may still be able to cancel, but you will need to return your order once received, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase price including any postage and packing charges. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Returns and Costs
